The primary mission of the Kenza Foundation is to provide study abroad scholarships to Art and History of Art graduate and undergraduate students from prestigious universities in Paris.
“Parliament of the Learned”, parliament of science, the first mission of the Institute of France is to make the elite from science, literature and arts in France work together. It encompasses five academies, including the French Academy and the Academy of Fine Arts. During its more than two hundred year history, it has distributed numerous prizes to artists.
The Institute is a thing peculiar to France, not only for its history but also its composition, its activities and its current objectives. It has been used as the model reference abroad of an institution with a cross-cultural drive and philanthropic objectives.
The Institute was founded pursuant to Article 298 of the Constitution of 5 Fructidor Year III (22 August 1795). It was tasked to “collect discoveries and perfect the Arts and Sciences.” The second mission of the Institute is to manage thousands of donations, legacies, and foundations that it has been entrusted with.
The specific mission of the Academy of Fine Arts is to defend and promote the artistic legacy of France with free expression development. With such objectives, it is keen to promote art education and quality of Art education in specialized institutions. It also helps developing international Art relations by securing cooperation and exchange agreements.
